Heidi Hill-Haddard is the "Head Honcho" and Heartbeat of HiHo. Her home, like the shop is, relaxed, simple, and filled with collections. Heidi loves history and sentiment, always enjoying the story behind a new found item. Remaining true to her vision of HiHo being a ”real” home store, she works hard to balance the mix of new and old. Her belief is that your surroundings should reflect who you are, and that the right environment makes you happier and more productive.
A professional multi-tasker, her days are full; ordering/buying, pricing, merchandising, cleaning and visiting with virtually every customer. To wit; Heidi specializes in incomplete projects! She prefers to say, “I have many works in progress.” She is first and foremost an optimist.


has a style all her own; her love for fashion is eclectic and influences her preferences in home interiors. Bohemian, romantic with a vintage feel best describes her original flavor.
A Christmas enthusiast, Whitney chooses many of HiHo’s seasonal decorations. Her specialty is lighting each one of the themed trees “perfectly” before decorating can begin.

 

is a self taught home decorator with a passion for Mid-Century Modern interior design. A creative recycler with unlimited energy, Susan recently proclaimed her self as an “Auction Addict”. Making her specialty; loading and unloading the HiHo truck.

 

or “Auntie” Claudia as we call her leads with her even temperament, contributing to the relaxed atmosphere of HiHo. Her small farm house is charming and inviting, furnished in warn, loved possessions. Claudia’s home style can only be described as quintessential Hudson Valley country. She specializes in knowing when everyone is due for a snack.

 

prefers traditional interiors with a twist. While still developing her own style, she is inspired by some of her favorite icons, Billie Holiday, Jackie “O”, Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland. Aubrey an aspiring performer specializes in tap dancing while ringing out customers at the register.

 

is HiHo’s train conductor and stock boy in training. His preferences in home décor include a wide screen TV and a comfortable chair. Eager to meet and greet customers, Everett specializes in being the “guy” at HiHo.



is a Yorkshire terrier and HiHo’s mascot. A rescue dog, he enjoys time spent at HiHo. He takes his position as head of security very seriously, and so should you. His specialty is napping in his vintage 1954 Hoffman television.
